Our artists are busy preparing for the April show, of course, but many of them are also  involved in other exhibits and events we would like to bring to your attention.

Lorraine Roy – Lorraine has been awarded a Franco-Ontarion Arts Grant from the Ontario Arts Council to create an exhibition inspired by recent soil science and root research exhibits. Congratulations, Lorraine!

Lorraine has an exhibition opening at the Carnegie Gallery in Dundas, Ontario, March 7, 7:30 pm – “On the Rock-merging art and ecology”. Her exhibit will run until March 30, 2014.

Lorraine is presenting a slide show and lecture at the Royal Botanical Gardens Centre in Burlington, Ontario on March 10 at 7:30 pm. Free admission. The title of the presentation is “Roots and Rocks: from darkness to light”.

Gabby Tutak – During the month of April, Gabby will be exhibiting at Pazan Gallery, 3c Benson Avenue, Port Credit, Ontario.
