Manisha Khandelwal is a visual artist and vibrant storyteller who uses watercolours to bring her thoughts and experiences to life. Starting her career as a Graphic Designer in India, Manisha’s journey took her to the dynamic city of Dubai, UAE, where she spent 12 transformative years. Now she calls Canada her home. Manisha’s philosophy is simple: what is meant for you will find you. While immersed in Dubai’s interior design scene, she discovered a magnetic pull toward the visual arts at various exhibitions. This awakening reignited her childhood passion for painting, leading her to explore the joyful dance of colours and forms on paper. She found that the true magic of art lies not in the finished piece but in the blissful process of creation itself. Travel has deeply influenced her, with experiences and people from different cultures shaping her artistic perspective. Though she remains most passionate about the connections and conversations her art inspires, Manisha also finds great fulfilment in teaching. She enjoys sharing and nurturing creativity with others and encouraging them to discover their artistic voice. Her paintings have quietly found their way into international exhibitions and private collections. Through her work, she hopes to continue sharing her love for the beauty surrounding us and offering her audience the experience of the same joy she finds in creating these paintings.

My work is a collection of my visual experiences. I find inspiration in the natural world and its relationship with structures crafted by human hands. Each painting begins with an observation of landscapes, architecture, and details often overlooked, it is often a subtle blend of reality with imagination, with layers of personal interpretation.
