Eddie Li is a 23-year-old artist who has Autism and finds verbal communication challenging. He expresses himself through his art which is best described as abstract expressionist using a vibrant palette. Eddie has studied art in school and privately over the past 8 years and has exhibited in AOTC Fine Art show, Toronto Outdoor Art Fair, Riverdale Artwalk, Artwalk in the Square and Art in the Park Oakville.
Eddie finds great joy in being out in nature with its abundance of colour, flows of energy and light, refreshing wind and harmonious sounds, all of which inspires his art. He loves vibrant colours which he uses to create joyful works of art to uplift the viewer. He seeks to communicate his love of our natural environment in his paintings.
He works in acrylic pouring where the acrylic paints are mixed, poured and layered on canvas, then blown out to create his visions. The flow of colours tell their own story to each person who views it.
